– This is conducted for 1 hour every day for 6 days(Monday to saturday). So in total, the retreat will be 6 hours long.
– Out of which 2 hours will be theoretical and 4 hours will consist of practice.
– This retreat will be conducted on Zoom.

Fees:

Fees for the online retreat is 100 USD

Offline:

– This will include 5 classes daily.
– Yoga Nidra will be taught for 1 hour every day and in total for 6 hours.
– Mandatory classes include yoga nidra, meditation and hatha yoga.
– Hatha yoga will be taught for 9.5 hours (Daily 1.5 hours)
– You can also attend pranayama, asana, and philosophy with ongoing ttc classes.
