Kundalini Yoga Retreat

When an individual is striving for inner peace and stability in life, then he can learn kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga brings together various techniques like pranayam, asanas, mantras, etc, and helps awaken inner strength.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga, originating in ancient India, employs physical postures, breathing exercises, chanting, and meditation to potentially activate and direct energy flow (Kundalini) through the body’s energy centers (chakras), promoting well-being. This yoga aims to help you attain spiritual enlightenment and self-awareness through balancing mind, body, and spirit. Kundalini practitioners embark on a journey to liberate a coiled serpent energy within, unlocking transformative experiences of profound awareness, inner serenity, and a deep connection to their true selves.

Now let us walk you through the syllabus of this retreat ….
