In “Ayurveda” there are 3 Doshas in every human being – Vata, pitta, and kapha. In some human beings, some doshas are dominating compared to others. However, yoga helps create a balance between these doshas leading to well-being.

The retreat includes healthy vegetarian meals daily.


1. Breakfast includes fruits, sprouts, and herbal tea/milk.
2. Lunch includes bajra roti(flatbread), lentils(daal), vegetable, salad, rice and buttermilk.
3. Dinner includes lentils, boiled vegetables, salad, and khichdi.
4. Saturday fasting is optional (one-time meal).
5. Hot water is also provided with ginger and honey.
